E.R.J. CORPORATION is a duly licensed manpower corporation acting as the Job Contractor. All labor and services will be performed for the Employer-Client, ARCELI L. LIZAMA dba: GOODMAN BUIILDERS REPAIR, RENNOVATION & CLEANING SERVICES at the Employer-Client's principal place of business located at Malta Lane Gualo Raid Road, Gualo Rai Drive, Saipan.
Job Opening is open for Both US Citizens and CW-1 Workers.
Educational Requirements – High School/GED
Relevant Working Experience – 12 months
Applicants will be required to work from Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm, 7 hours/ Day.
Applicants must be available to work flexible hours during weekends and holidays. All Applicants must provide high school credentials and employment certificate/s.
Applicants must perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of a building in repair.
Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry;
Repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment;
And repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
Job is Located at Malta Lane, Gualo Rai Drive, Saipan.
Salary is 9.98$/hour.
Overtime is available and Overtime rate of 14.97$/hour (overtime rate calculated at 1.5x per hour) is available to the workers for working any overtime hours.
Payment Frequency is Bi-Weekly
Employer will make all the deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will deduct all mandatory Federal and State taxes. Tax Deductions from pay - Social Security, Medicare, Withholding Tax.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the workers transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier. the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the Worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable carrier for the distances involved.
